The surviving members of The Monkees are staging a tour this summer. The 24-date trek will take the band across the States, from the first stop of Port Chester, New York, on July 15, to the final gig in Portland, Oregon, on August 18.
This tour, called “A Midsummer’s Night with the Monkees,” will highlight the made-for-TV group’s hits in chronological order, meaning shows will begin with early favorites like “I’m A Believer” before concluding with material from their later albums.
