Organizers have lined up a treasure trove of acts for the seventh annual Treasure Island Music Festival. The 2013 roster includes Atoms For Peace, Beck, Animal Collective, Major Lazer, James Blake and Little Dragon.
Presented by Noise Pop and Another Planet Entertainment, the festival is held on the man-made island in the San Francisco Bay between San Francisco and Oakland.
Since being created between 1936-1937 for the Golden Gate International Exposition, Treasure Island became a U.S. Naval Station and is now a California historical landmark.
Come Oct. 19-20, the island will once again be the site of the Treasure Island Music Festival. The lineup also features Sleigh Bells, Phantogram, STRFKR, Disclosure, Japandroids, Holy Ghost!, Real Estate, Tricky, Lord Huron, DJ Falcon, Haim, Palma Violets, Poolside and more.
