Fans will have a dozen more chances to see Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit take the stage this year now that the guys have added yet another leg of dates to their “History of the Eagles” tour.
The excursion begins July 6 in Louisville, Ky., at the KFC Yum! Center, with previously announced U.S. and Canadian dates booked through late September.
The tour goes along with the Eagles’ new documentary. Released on DVD/Blu-ray in April, the “History of the Eagles” features rare archival material, concert footage and never-before seen home movies. The three-disc set includes the band’s two nights at Washington’s D.C.’s Capital Center in March 1977 during the band’s Hotel California tour.
As for the new dates, additional shows are booked Oct. 4-24 with stops in Denver, Dallas, Memphis, Nashville, Indianapolis and St. Louis. Read more on this announcement here…
