Queens Of The Stone Age Announces New U.S. Dates

Queens Of The Stone Age has booked its first full-fledged U.S. tour since 2011. Up until today the alternative rock band’s 2013 schedule in the stages only included a few one-off concerts and festival appearances.

Along with a good chunk of European dates, QOTSA’s previously announced itinerary features gigs at Red Rocks Amphitheatre near Denver (Aug. 15) and Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Calif. (Aug. 17). You can find the band at the following U.S. festivals: Philadelphia’s Made In America; Chicago’s Lollapalooza; Sturgis Rally in Stugis, S.D.; and Austin City Limits.

Queens Of The Stone Age has a brand new album to support. …Like Clockwork was released last week on Matador Records as the long-awaited follow-up to 2007’s Era Vulgaris. Read more on the Pollstar story here…
