J. Cole Announces Fall Tour, Capital City Tickets Has Cheap Tickets for Sale

J. Cole has announced his 2013 Fall tour. The “What Dreams May Come True” tour tickets may be a bit more expensive than his last minute $1 shows he did this past Spring. He is touring in support of his new album Born Sinner and has invited Whale on tour for support.
