The second annual OFWGKTA Carnival presented by Camp Flog Gnaw returns to Los Angeles on November 9th, 2013 headlined by Tyler, The Creator and Frank Ocean. Full lineup to be announced soon. The carnival is set to take place at “The Park @ LA Coliseum.” In addition to last years carnival which included custom rides, games, prizes, and food trucks, this years event will feature two stages, the “Camp” stage and the “High” stage as well as a skatepark with live performances.
