Katy Perry will hit the road next year in support of her album “Prism,” the pop star announced Monday.
The news came in a wee-hours tweet from Perry, who wrote that she was “ecstatic” to reveal the initial dates of what she’s calling the Prismatic World Tour. Set to launch May 7 in Belfast, Northern Ireland, the trek is to wind its way through England and Scotland before ending up at London’s O2 Arena for three shows May 27-30. Perry’s support act for the British run will be Icona Pop, the Swedish duo responsible for the shouty stadium-rave hit “I Love It.” Read more on the release here.
