Rock in Rio made a HUGE announcement today on the initial line-ups for the 2015 Rock in Rio USA concert event. The event will be held in Las Vegas on May 8-9th and 15-16th. The announcement was made in NYC Time Square with performances by John Mayer and Sepultura. Bands performing will be: Taylor Swift, No Doubt, Metallica, Deftones, Linkin Park, and John Legend.
“From the first Rock In Rio festival in Brazil in 1985 to next year’s anniversary and Las Vegas launch, it’s been an amazing journey with Rock In Rio fans and the artists that have taken part in the festival,” Rock In Rio VP Roberta Medina said. “We’re thrilled to see the construction of our first US City Of Rock and to announce the first artists who will perform in Las Vegas in May 2015.” Read more on the article here.
