Black Sabbath Extends their 2016 “The End’ Tour

Black Sabbath is hitting the road in 2016 and kicking it all off on January 20th in Omaha, NE.

This will be Black Sabbath’s farewell journey hence the name of the tour, ‘The End’. The tour will have three of the original members from the band formed in 1968 in Birmingham, England – Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler.

Originally fronted by Ozzy Osbourne, Black Sabbath was an English rock band formed in 1968 credited as being the pioneers of heavy metal music. After hits like “Paranoid,” “War Pigs,” and “Iron Man,” Ozzy Osbourne parted ways from the band and Ronnie James Dio took over as lead vocals. In 2010, Ozzy reunited with Black Sabbath original band members Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler and began making music again. The “The End” tour is claimed to be the band’s final tour as Black Sabbath.

Black Sabbath has recently extended their 2016 tour with cities such as Wantagh, Bristow, Dallas, Oakland, and Las Vegas.
