Foster the People Announce North America Dates – First Since 2015

Foster the People are hitting the road in North America in 2017 and kicking it all off on May 26th in San Diego, CA.

Founded in 2009, Foster the People is an indie pop band formed in Los Angeles, CA consisting of lead vocalist Mark Foster and drummer Mark Pontius. Their music, described as melodic dance-infused pop and rock. After Foster’s song “Pumped Up Kicks” became a viral success in 2010, the group received a record deal and gained a fan base through small club shows and appearances at music festivals. The group received two Grammy Award nominations for their album Torches and hit single “Pumped Up Kicks”.
