Carolina Hurricanes Tickets, NHL Schedule, Seating Charts, and Venues

The Carolina Hurricanes won the NHL Stanley Cup in 2006. However, the Hurricanes have not made the NHL playoffs in the last 8 years. In the 2016-17 NHL season the Hurricanes went 36-31-15 with 87 points and 15 points out of the NHL Wild Card. The 2017-18 Hurricanes are looking to take the team back to the NHL playoffs.

The Carolina Hurricanes were introduced in Raleigh, NC in 1997 as the Hartford Whalers moved to the south. Hurricanes fans welcomed the NHL hockey team with setting records in buying NHL season tickets in massive numbers.

Led by the play of Eric Staal, Rod Brind’Amour and goalie Cam Ward, the Hurricanes won their first Stanley Cup Championship in the 2005-06 NHL season. They were also granted the NHL All Star Game in 2011. Since the Stanley Cup winning season the Hurricanes have struggled to get back and even make the NHL playoffs.

They play in the highly competitive Metropolitan division of the NHL Eastern Conference against teams like the Blue Jackets, Devils, Islanders, Rangers, Flyers, Penguins, and Capitals.
