In 1994, along with Tim Rice he produced much of the soundtrack for the 1994 Disney classic Lion King. Other composing credits John has included Billy Elliot, Lestat, and Aida. John has won five Grammy Awards over his career, including two awards for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance.
